East Tawas Community Center Rental Rates
(Weddings, Banquets, Etc.)
Local Non Profit organizations (those within the Tawas Area School District) will be charged the Resident Rate. All other Non Profit organizations will be charged the Non-Resident Rate.

(Rental includes Friday night set-up after 9:00 p.m. Parties wishing to set up prior to 9:00 p.m. will be charged the $30.00 per hour athletic rental rate for all hours prior to 9:00 p.m.)
Rentals are also subject to the following: 
Cleaning Fee (1-200 guests): $100.00
Cleaning Fee (201-400 guests): $200.00
Security Deposit (Refundable) $200.
East Tawas Community Center Rental Rates
(Seminars, Workshops, Meetings, Etc.)
Monday through Thursday
8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ONLY
Rental Rate - $125.00
Kitchen Use - $25.00
Refundable Security Deposit - $100.00
KITCHEN 
- $25.00 for first 2 hours; $10.00 for each additional hour.
- Rental Rate for Kitchen in conjunction with any of the meeting rooms is $25.00.
- Kitchen use is included at no additional charge with the rental of the main facility for all non-athletic rentals.
MEETING ROOMS
- Multi-Purpose Room will be available for rental at the rate of $10.00 per hour with a minimum rental rate of $20.00.
- Upstairs meeting rooms are available for rental at the rate of $10.00 per hour with no minimum.
- Kitchen use in conjunction with a meeting room rental is an additional $25.00.
